jerky mouse and video movement

i am seeing jerky movement as i type, view a video, move my mouse.  Any
suggestions?

Hello,
Go to Control Panel, Classic View, Mouse. Adjust settings, particularly
the speed, the way you want it.
Also, check the screen resolution, via Control Panel, Classic View,
Personalization, Display Settings, do your adjustment there.
