I TRIED TO INSTALL THE SP 1 UPDATE ON MY LAPTOP AND IT said the service did
not install, reverting back changes.

Why doesn't it install?  I even got that when I tried the beta version, the
update wouldn't install.

I don't know, it went through the motions of the 3 steps but after the 3rd
step it said service update did not install, reverting changes

Someone was helping me but I get this when I try to send her an email
telling her what she suggested didn't work, now what do I do?
