Yesterday I telephoned Microsoft to activate (for the 1000th time!) MS Office. There was a long long pause then a voice said "I'm sorry, sir, all our systems are down at the moment". You have to think of how many other people are doing the same, though. Although they should have seen it coming. Same thing happened with RC1 & RC2 activation.
