I installed Vista on 5/2. i have an Epson CX6400 all in one.
Up until 10 days ago my scanner was working properly. Now it will not scan.

I am told that I do not have "Microsoft WPD filesystems volume driver".

I tried to update this and I am told that my driver is up to date. ??? No
scanner.

I have reinstalled the software for the printer. No scanner. It looks to me
to be a Microsoft Vista problem. But I don't know.

Can anyone help me or try to poine me in the right direction?

Thank you so much.
Sincerely, Mike

Use System Restore to go back 11 days and see if it works correctly.

Hi Cari,

I tried to use system restore. I went to the site and the only restore
points I had were for that day. They did not go back any further. Am I doing
something wrong? At least on XP I was able to look at a calendar to see the
restore point dates.
What am I doing wrong?
