Yes, I have downloaded all HP 6310 printer drivers for Vista from HP and
Microsoft, and I update automactically every night.

Are you running in low rights? There is a known problem with some HP
drivers + IE's low rights mode. You can check this easily enough by running
IE without the low rights mode & printing something on your local machine.
If this turns out to be your problem, you need to talk to HP for a fix.
