Printer Does NOT REconnect

I have 2 Windows Vista Home Premium machines.  One has a printer connected
directly to it and I share it out.

On the second computer I connect to the printer and I am able to print.  The
account I am using to "connect" to the first machine does NOT have a password
on it.

The problem is when I reboot my second computer I can not connect to the
printer.

Any ideas as to why?

Thanks!
