Hello ,

I have Windows Vista Ultimate install on my desktop . The problem is I can't
print or make print preview in Office Aplications . When I want to make a
print the spooler service crash and after many tries I make a print . In
event log I have :

Faulting application spoolsv.exe, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549b734, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386, time stamp
0x4549bdc9, exception code 0xc0000374, fault offset 0x000af1c9, process id
0x100c, application start time 0x01c71912e45f21d1.

and

The Print Spooler service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 22
time(s).

Anybody have a suggestion ?

Thanks .

Almost certain to be a defect or incompatability in a particular priter
driver.

Check the printer manufacturer's web site for a Vista, or failing that, a
(recent) Windows XP driver for your printer.

Post a reply with the exact printer make and model and someone might be able
to provide more specific information.

It's perfectly useless to know the right answer to the wrong question.
