32 or 64 bit IE. The only way I know how to tell is using task manager. If
it has the *32 it's the 32 bit version. Attempt using the other version and
see if you get the same result.

same issue with IE 32 and IE 64
in both cases all apps except IE print with UAC on
in both cases with UAC off IE printing is fine
