The print driver for my HP3330 printer seems to have gotten corrupted. It
was working fine but now I can't print to it, check the printer properties,
or remove it. Whenever I try to do something to it, the print spooler
crashes and I get an error saying the operation can't be completed without
the spooler. I can re-start the spooler easily enough but I still can't
print because that driver is somehow corrupted.
Any ideas for how I might be able to cleanly remove the printer and driver
from the system so I can try to re-install?
I'm using Vista RTM and the HP3330 driver that was included with Windows.
No additional HP software was installed.

Navigate to the spool directory and delete any files found there.
X:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
Navigate to the printer listing in Start Printers. Right mouse click
on the printer listing and select Delete from the context menu.
