Windows Forum / Windows Vista / Printing and Faxing / April 2008scanner won't work
I recently purchased an HP Pavillion with Vista installed. I'm still using my Dell All In One 964 printer. The printer works but the scanner won't. When I run the diagnostic it says everything is fine. Any ideas? Did you contact Dell support for assistance?
