Network printer problem

I have Vista on my desktop connected to a HP Photosmart 7150 printer.
Printer works good there, BUT my wireless laptop with XP cannot find the
printer.  I can access the files on the laptop (XP) from my desktop (Vista),
but I cannot access my files on the desktop (Vista) from the laptop (XP).
Pleasae help with both problems.

Have you been into the Network and Sharing Center on the Vista PC and
allowed Sharing?
