I have Vista Home Premium and a HP 1220c Printer. When I attempt to
print at 9x12 which is a size that my printer previously supported on my
old xp computer, I cannot add a custom paper size or print at that size.
HELP!

look for the GPD for the printer in

\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3

open the gpd in notepad and locate the CUSTOMSIZE setting

what are the definitions?
