I have to say vista is a huge improvment from XP pro and XP64 from when I
had it is in beta and after release in drivers and the only thing that I can
not get to work is my HP Photosmart 2610.  I see there are drivers and I
have it connected through the network.  When I do a search it does see the
printer but I can not send a print job to it.  I am wondering should I
connect it to USB instead?  I would like to get this to work and I have to
say I am very happy with the results of all my drivers right now with Vista
and it is making me very happy.

I have a 2710 and saw a post on the regular windows printing newsgroup that
worked.  Turn off spooling and have it print directly to the printer.

Of course the HP software does not yet work that allows me to scan, etc.
Will have to wait when HP has the software modified for Vista;-(
