my family member made a the only user account in my computer then forgot the
password i cant do anything with my computer know i cant restart it or
anything because of user control any suggestions or tips on how to by pass
this user control feature

If that doesn't work, use NTpasswd to change the user account's password to
a blank.

http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/

Then log in with the blank password and go to User Accounts in Control
Panel. Change the password to anything you desire and while you are there,
MAKE SOME EXTRA USER ACCOUNTS SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
