Vista Security preventing program updates

Hi - I need to disable any security setting which may block an Adobe Flash
Player 9
based program from receiving updates.  Please help.  Thanks.

It is more like 3rd party anti-virus doing it!
What anti-virus or Security Center do you use?

Really are you sure?  Its just that Trend Pen-icilin thing.  Basically, I'm
trying to get my fantasy baseball stats to update using Yahoo Stat Tracker
than the Yanhoo people swear its Vista's security

You will have to OK it in the exceptions in your profile in the Trend Micro
Firewall.
