I cannot run a scan using my virus protection program, which is Trend Micro
PC-cillin Internet Security 14.

The scan problem message message I receive is:

PCCVScan has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close
the program and notify you  if a solution is available.

This scanning program has worked in the past.

Any suggestions/solutions?

Uninstall the Program, then reinstall it.
