Hi, I was having a similar problem with installing a program today... If you
have the means to locating the file, try searching for it, because in Vista,
unlike XP I noticed the C:/Documents and Settings changed to
C:/user/documents and settings, (notice the "user"). I hope this helps.

I am having the exact same problem as Terry. I have checked to ensure the
required file (install.wim) is in the required location. Not quite sure I
understand your sugestion. Can you please elaborate?
