This is not Microsoft support. This is a public newsgroup hosted on
Microsoft servers. While some MS employees do post here on their own time,
most regular helpers (like me) are volunteers who do not work for the
company. Since this is not paid-for tech support, you aren't guaranteed an
answer. So if you didn't get a response, it could be for numerous reasons
such as:

1. No one knew the answer.
2. The person who knew the answer wasn't reading the newsgroup.
3. You wrote your question in a manner that was confusing and/or incomplete
and no one wanted to deal with it.
