I was looking on newegg to purchase a copy of windows vista.  Below are two
links and I was wondering which one I would need.  I don't understand what
the difference is.  I am looking for a full version of windows vista.

This one is OEM.

This one is full retail (not upgrade).

OEM versions have a restricted license and are tied to the hardware on which
they are originally installed. Retail versions have no such restrictions.
