I am running Vista Ultimate and am having a very strange problem with
Internet Explorer 7.  When I try to access http://www.msn.com or
http://www.myspace.com, the page begins to load (on MSN I see the blue
background) and then the browser immediately clears what loaded and brings
up a blank white page.

I get the same behavior with myspace.com and can't even search for the word
myspace in the IE 7 search box without getting the same results.

I saw this once before on my first build with the RTM release of Ultimate
and could not figure out how to resolve the issue and ended up rebuilding.
This is a different machine and I am getting the same problem.  Has anyone
seen this and do you have a resolution?
