Hi, I had Fedora installed on my test PC and starting the installation of Windows Vista I got an error message, could not install Windows Vista. Now, I get the same error message: Windows Setup: setup.exe - Application Error The exception unknown software exception (0xe0000100) occurred in the application at location 0x77e4028b. I can click on <OK> and <Cancel>. Both will come back to the "Install Windows - Install now" dialog. However, I'm doing the install on a Virtual PC 2004 SP1 (5.3. 582.27). If I load the very same CD to a physical computer, it easily passes on to the Product Key. CD is not to blame here. We will see Virtual PC Express of which will be on Vista so you can put another OS on it whilst you're logged in.
