A friend bought a new computer here in the U.S. and shipped it to his family
in Colombia.

He would like to know if it's possible now to convert the language of  Vista
to Spanish.

Any advice appreciated.

You have committed a crime by sending the software out of the country.  This
is illegal and you will be reported to the authorities.

I should be cautious of accepting as correct everything you may read
here (including from me <g>).

You can in principle change the languages on the features of Windows if
you have VISTA ULTIMATE edition. If you have another version you
cannot.

Which version of VISTA do you have?
