 I am trying to upgrade XP2 to Vista Ultimate but everytime I try the same
 error occurs which looks like it has something to do with scecli.dll

 I have had no problems doing a clean install using a spare drive so I assume
 it must be something that is actually already installed on my PC.

 This is taken from the setupact.log
