My CD drive is not working

My cd drive is not working, i went to the device manager and it said Windows
cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted
or missing. (Code 39)

I have a alienware Aurora m9700 laptop and a Optiarc DVD RW AD-5540A ATA
