I would like to reformat my laptop (Dell - Windows Vista) but I have
forgotten how to do it. Please could someone give me instructions?
Thank you

The method really depends on what kind of recovery options you ordered
from Dell. Some of the Dell laptops have a restore partition, some of
them don't. If you received an actual operating system CD from Dell,
follow the instructions at the links below. After you get Windows
installed, use the Dell Resource CD to install the drivers. Dell has
instructions at their website for the preferred order of driver and
laptop software installation.

Refer to the manual you got with the laptop or go to Dell's tech support
site for your model machine if you don't have the manual.
