Work-in-progress here.
I installed the older Netmeeting, to the extent to outward going remote
desktops to XP Home machines, [which is mainly what I use it for], but it
doesn't currently work for incoming connections.
Think the problem is to do with the session 0 isolation.

Check out LogMeIn.com
They provide a solution that's free. I don't work for them, I just use
their software.
BTW, their current version is not vista ready, but click on "Support" on
their home page and search for "vista" in "Got a Question?", and you'll find
a way to install it correctly.
