Hello,
When open my laptop from hibernation, some times nothing happened. The
machine will not resume Vista automatically, and no keys can start it and
have to do a hard power off. Does anybody know why?

I don't know if there is a fix, it's been going on since long before
Vista.
I disabled hibernation on my computers as their failure to wake up
wasn't "some times", it was EVERY time.
Sorry, that's not the answer you want but it's the only one I know, I
hope someone can offer a fix.

I've had luck with hibernation since forever.
But... My Sony VAIO is the only laptop I've
ever been able to use Standby and Hibernate and it work.
Well except my iBook. It never has sleep problems ;-)

FWIW & IME, it's can certainly be a driver issue. On my laptop, it was a
driver for the built-in Logitech webcam that caused the behavior. Once I got
that out of memory, no more problem.

That sounds normal to me.
Hibernation turns my laptop off, and I'll have to turn it on again by
pressing the power switch.
From sleep mode my laptop is turned on automatically when I open the
lid.
