You want to use this on a local network or the Internet, if the case is
the latter and If you are using a router you have to forward that PORT
5900 in most cases,
to do that read your router manual or find your router brand-model on
this site that explains how to do port forwards... www.portforward.com

the big problem of vista it's the Aero system , the refresh of screen is
very slow ( problem of dwm ....).
If you want to connect 2 windows over internet with out configuration
firewall forward port and so on , the neticar solution is a technical
