Home uses Service pack 1

Windows Vista Service Pack 1 is not available for installation from Windows
Update and is not offered by Automatic Updates:

Hi Paul,

It is the same for all of the Vista editions, SP1. It should appear in
Windows Update in your Control Panel. See this link for why it did not
if it did not, and how you can get the SP1 standalone installer to
install it yourself.
