I am relatively new to Windows Vista (and so far, I can't see any advantage
over XP. If anything, it is one big frustrating experience, but 'nough
complaining).

Anyway, I am trying to fix a "URL" issue with Outlook 2007 and Firefox.
Based on what I have read on the internet so far, I have to modify certain
file types by clicking on Tools --> Folder Option --> File Type tab from
within any folder. Yet the File Type tab is invariably missing. How can I
restore it?

Thank you.

They removed it for some stupid reason.  My guess is they could not get it
working in Vista before they rushed out to release it.  I expect it will be
back in the next version of Windows.
