When you open up a window (my computer)...you will notice the 'aero' logo in
the bottom right corner of the window. How can that be removed or replaced...?

What do you mean by 'aero' logo? Any window that I open doesn't have
anything in the lower right hand corner.

There's a very faint watermark that shows in the Details Pane.

I've got it now, the series of faint lines on the right of the window? It's
not visible in my windows because the 'details pane' view is disabled. As
far as I know there is no way of physically removing just this watermark the
only option is to disable the pane itself by opening Windows explorer then
clicking Organize>Layout and then clicking on the Details Pane to disable
it.

hurm...I was hoping it was some animated .gif or .png that could be
replaced...I would like to keep the Details Pane active, and replace that
image...
