The quick launch bar is invisible after several restarts and refreshes trying
to get it to show up after turning it on/off, it stays invisible. The alloted
space is there, but empty...shortcuts are unable to be placed inside of it.
Help...i miss them. Thank You in advance!

Looks like some of this may apply to you. Read carefully, some tips are for
older operating systems.

Hi,
Set folder options to see hidden and system folders. Then check to see if
this folder exists:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
Where <user> is your user account name. If it doesn't exist, and I suspect
it doesn't, create it.
