Internet explorer stop working

Cannot run Internet explorer, win vista ultimate sp1, live messenger, and
other programms.
Most time I got windows popup message, "" indows stop working""

Adaware
Virus checker
Safe boot mode

Certainly no expert on this kind of issue here but one thing you could
try is disabling the Windows firewall and temporally installing a
subsitute firewall like ZoneAlarm .  Freeware version available at:

Don't change firewalls!

Try starting IE7 with no addons!

Don't change firewalls, don't use the lame IE7!

Use Firefox!
