Win VISTA Windows Mail does not recognize or cannot find files which I want
to "insert" or "attach" to a message.  They show on the "attachment" box but
when you send the msg you get the error that the "files could not be found"
This never happened runnning Win XP.  It matters not what format te files
attachment is in, text, Word, etc.

The Ownership of the file is not sufficient to grant the right to copy the
file.
