Option of creating Vista Recovery Disk with SP1 installed Vista

The following web site says "Vista SP1:Create a recovery disc". It says
the startup program folder of "Maintenance" contains option of "Create a
Recovery Disc" but mine does not have that. I wonder if there is
something wrong with my SP1 installation.

I thought I read somewhere (in this usenet group I think) that SP1 removes
that program.
