Sometimes in Vista, when i try to connect to a VPN, in the Connect To A
Network box, next to the VPN, is says "this network requires an internet
connection". i have an internet connection that is working fine, and i am
surfing the internet.
sometimes it helps to disable the adapter and re-enable it.
any idea as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks,
Paul

I see that too. I think it's the adapter driver not working well enough with
Vista. My workaround is to change the 'speed' setting of the adapter to
'half-duplex' at 10 mbps, but your performance may be something different.
