Can I sell my version of Vista Home Premium 32bit

Hi,

I now need to upgrade my 32bit software to 64bit software due to hardware
issues.

If it is a retail copy that a small computer store installed, you're
wrong. What you meant to say is "Not if it's a branded OEM that came
preinstalled from a major OEM like HP or Dell ..."

No need to sell .. just send away for the 64-bit disc [I think Microsoft
charges only a minimal fee].

Thanks for the advise... the only problem is that for some reason Microsoft
does not mail to South Africa which is where i live... :(

I'm just wondering what the hardware issues would be....
