Note: Generally, the responses here are not from Microsoft employees. Microsoft has set up these newsgroups, yes, but they are designed for peer-to-peer support. I responded and asked for clarification so I could help you. You never replied in that thread. Now here you are again. This has nothing to do with Microsoft. Microsoft did not make you go out and do something stupid to your machine with a registry fixer, either. If you can't communicate well enough to help us help you, take the machine to a professional computer repair shop.
