vista shut down

Hi
I have a shut down problem vista home premium upgrade. I use a
mobile rack with 2 caddies for xp home and vista which i installed in
feb yesterday for no reason it shut down no messages just a click i
have run full test no errors. I have tried it in interal and still shut
off put my xp home caddy in 8.3o this morning  still going. can anyone
help.robby2861

I'd have to say that there is a reason - you just haven't identified it.

What do you mean by "full test"?

Do you mean you took the drive out of the caddy and connected it to the
cables?

This points more to an error with the disk itself.   Are the two drives
identical?
