Searching from Start Menu

Using Vista 64 bit.  When searching from the Start Menu, is there any way to
keep the listing of results on screen while opening some of the found files?
If for instance I am searching for a .doc file, dozens show up, but when I
click on one to look at it, the Seach Results close and I have to perform
the search again and again to view the found files.

Thanks for any help,
Kathy in MI

Hi Kathy,

I'm not sure if there is a way with the Start menu, but using the
Advanced Search window may be easier for you are wanting to do. This
tutorial will show you how to if needed.

Hope this helps,
