I do not have an option to download Windows dreamscene. It was available
before SP1.

Did you hide that update previously? If so you need to unhide it.

I did not hide it. The only available updates is the language packs.

Sorry, can't help, but I can tell you that it's not worth it. If you do get
this resolved and get Dreamscene I'll bet you don't run it for a week
without getting rid of it.
