I've recently been trying to find a shortcut for the power save mode, or
sleep mode.

I've tried making a shortcut and putting multiple things in the target.
Some of these include:

Code:
--------------------
   C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe PowrProf.dll, SetSuspendState
--------------------
and

Code:
--------------------
   %SystemRoot%\System32\shutdown.exe /h
--------------------

They both put my system into sleep mode, but when I wake it up, it
shows my boot screen, then goes to a screen that says something about
restarting windows. But when I press the button in the start bar and my
computer hybernates, the wake up is different. The wake up from pressing
the button in the start bar is almost instant.

This is the button I am pressing:

If someone could help me with finding a shortcut to this option with
the fast wakeup, I would really appreciate it.
