Hello austinzor,
Do a system restore, choosing the date before you "messed something
up".

Hello austinzor,
Go to Safe Mode ( power off, then power back on. Use the "up"/"down"
arrow keys and navigate to Safe mode. Press ENTER key.) Now do a system
restore there.

Hello austinzor,
Open Start menu( the round logo, bottom left corner), on the search
column( bottom left ), type System restore. Look up, click system
restore, click Continue or password when prompted. You are now on system
restore window. Click" Choose a different restore point", click Next.
Now pick the date Before you "messed up", click Next, click Finish.
System Restore is now in progress. Just wait.
