You have to pay for Ubuntu to get any support, just like SUSE and the others. Linux is not free. I don't know where that rumor came from. Windows is used on DESKTOPS and Linux and Unix are used as servers. I just witnessed it yesterday. Bon Voyage, kevpan815. Don't return.
