I recently purchased a Seagate FreeAgent Pro external hard drive and used it
to move files and settings from my old computer to a new Windows Vista laptop
using Microsoft's "Easy Transfer" utility.  The utility worked great but now
the icon that Vista displays for my C: drive is the "FreeAgent" disk icon.
I've looked for ways to change it back without success.  I did find a
FreeAgent .ico in the root directory of C: and deleted it but this didn't fix
the problem.  This seems like a minor quibble but its driving me nuts that I
can't fix this!  If anyone has any suggestions, I would welcome them! Thanks.

Hi,

See if there is an autorun.inf on the root of C: and delete that as well.
