Hi C2Ways,
This is from your Index only running slowly in the background updating
it's search results during low or no usage times. If you make a lot of
changes, it probably has not finished updating itself for accurate
results. You can force the Index to update quicker by Rebuilding the
Index. This tutorial will show you how to easily do it.

If this is a constant problem, then you might consider disabling the
Index and let Vista default to non-index searches. It may take a bit
longer to run, but they will always be accurate. This tutorial will show
you how to disable and enable the Index for you to try out.
