I want to backup my Vista install DVD.  Can I do this from within Vista
without a third-party app?

Thanks.

I don't think Vista natively has the
ability to copy DVDs.

Maybe the free software...ImgBurn
would be worth a try...it can make
an image of the original and then
burn the image onto another DVD
blank. (instructions below)

Good luck...

Vista *can* natively burn CD's.
