After you compiled some projects with Visual Studio 2008, a lot of conime.exe
processes remain running forever.

Vista SP1 + Visual Studio 2008

reproduction steps:
1. open VS2008
2. compile some projects
3. close VS2008
4. open the Vista's task manager
... and you'll see a lot of conime.exe processes
