Vista upgrade

Upgraded from Basic to Home Premium. Boots up OK but constantly getting blank
screen with message "Out of timing" What does this mean?

Press F8 on startup-> select VGA mode and set a resolution/sync that
your monitor is support.

Thanks, checked monitor settings, so far no more error message, great!!!
