Business 64bit to Ultimate 32bit?

I am looking to "Upgrade" vista to Ultimate but downgrade the architecture
to 32bit.  Is this possible?I am currently running Vista Business out of a
Action Pack and want to use the Ultimate disk they sent us.

No, it is not possible.  You'll have to perform a clean install
of the 32-bit version of Vista Ultimate.
